When I was growing up I had Memphis Wrestling. Later on as I got older & was
going into the 1970s along came Jerry "the King" Lawler & Memphis Wrestling.
That's Lance Russell calling the match like Jim Ross did on old WWE matches.

My future son in law stayed in Memphis last weekend for the Tulane game. They had ribs at a place called Rendezvous, said the food was great, also there was really good bbq pizza near there with a vodka cream sauce. But overall he said Beale Street was dead and depressing. He expected it to be more like Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Cops with guns standing on every corner and nothing going on for a Friday night.

No. Once in the 1970s, while living in South Memphis, I had a job I had to go to that had me drive by his Graceland Home on a daily basis. It gets old after awhile. I did always hope I'd get lucky & see Elvis outside his home walking around but never did.
