I was thinking it had to go through some processes first to kill all the bacteria.
Yuck. Plus, I like my milk fresh and cold from the frig. Cake is better that way.

It’s pretty damn safe straight out the udder. Once it goes in a bucket and is allowed to sit briefly at room temperature? Not so much.
