What You'll Need For the Beef Filling 1 lb ground beef 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper For the Buns and Assembly 8 slider buns or dinner rolls 8 slices mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional) 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley How to Make It 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook about 3 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. 2. Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook 7–8 minutes until browned. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat. 3. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish. Spread with mayonnaise if using. 5. Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the bottom buns. 6. Add a slice of mozzarella on each one, then place the top buns over the cheese. 7. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush it over the tops of the buns. 8. Cover lightly with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. 9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
