You need to actually watch the games. Mateer was not healthy for that game. He threw three INTs and no TDs. Have you seen Arch play QB this year? He’s below average. He was really bad vs OSU and UK.

That said, if the standard is “has a pulse “, OK Texas qualifies. But OSU can take a month off periodically through the season and prepare for decent teams. I agree this year there’s OSU and everyone else. Their schedule is still a boring one

I watched Mateer be a shell of himself until he played our piss poor defense. And honestly he wasn’t even that great. They only scored 26 points on offense. It’s amazing what happens to bad or mediocre offenses whenever they play us. Kentucky scored 39 on us. That should tell you everything you need to know. Maybe you should watch the games 😂

I think people forget Texas scheduled the best team in the nation on the road to start their season. If they scheduled like Indiana they would have opened with Kennesaw State and would be a 1-loss team right now. That was a huge risk for them to schedule like that and they came up just short in the end.
