Even though I believe this is Tennessee's best shot at beating Georgia in many years those thinking Tennessee will blow Georgia off the field are delusional. Last time a Kirby Smart coached team got blown out was vs Alabama in 2021.

For you old heads that had your younguns play soccer, did you get the cheapest equipment for them whenever they were just starting out? I signed the boy up for this fall and know he needs cleats, socks, and shin guards. Wasn’t sure which brand to go with because I know quality seems to be different from sport to sport.

Get good cleats but get last seasons because they are cheaper.
But definitely go with a name brand.
Shin guards are shin guards.
IF your boy plays keeper, get the expensive gloves and if he plays a lot, be prepared to go through at least 2 pair.
They wear out fast but not as fast as cheap ones.
FYI keeper gloves will stink really bad eventually, I’m talking like straight @$$!!!
