He was one of the most talented entertainers in history. Women were in love with him and men wanted to be him. Concerts were legendary. He was like a mythical creature.

I saw him live many times. Had backstage passes for the Purple Rain tour. Front row seats for a show in Denver in ‘04. Saw one of his last shows.

Yeah I’m working this weekend. But I was off the past two days so I’m cool with it. I’m racking up ETO hours and OT so I’ll be able to take a couple weeks off before the school year starts back up for the boy.

Chloe said she was with them both, but she could've been lying or exaggerating. Kinda sad that of all the male characters, Quinn might be the best choice. Also, while I wouldn't want to be Shane for a lifetime, wouldn't mind being him for that one week, for obvious reasons, even with Armond trying to make him miserable.

Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Prince are my mom’s favorites. She has told me she was fortunate enough to see all of them live in concert. Could only imagine the atmosphere for those events. Especially for a younger girl/woman. That was the glory days for that generation of women.

I met Elvis. Went to church down the street from Graceland. We were driving home one Sunday morning and he was by the gates and my parents stopped to talk to him.

I don’t remember this, I was a baby. Still counts though.

My cousin who was living in Memphis in the early 1970s met & talked w/Elvis
at his Graceland Home in the driveway. The gate was open & she drove up to
the Mansion when he stepped outside for a moment. Said he was so freaking nice
it was like a religious moment. When I lived in Memphis where I had a job I had to
drive pass his Mansion to get to work each day. It was always beautiful at Christmas time when lit up w/christmas lights.
