That makes 4 Sweet 16 teams for the “overrated” SEC. Still 3 more teams to play. The record for one conference is 6 teams from the ACC in 2016. Big East holds the record for most Elite 8 teams with 4 in 2009. SEC has the potential to get 6 there.
