I bet that was an awesome moment to take in!What comes to mind when you think of your personal favorite MLB moment that you watched live or on TV?
For me it has to be watching Hank hit 715 when I was 10.
What’s yours?*
* Yes @cobbwebb0710 you can have several.
Tbh, MLB scares me more than any other university. I know that jump from college to pro, doesn’t happen very often but CTV is young and what he has done with this program is extremely impressive! People in the baseball world have to be taking notice, right?Nah TX fans are just pondering on who they can go after if they fire their coach and Arky thinks they get him when DVH retires. There’s always a chance of Vitello leaving, I mean he’s an elite coach. People will try to poach him, but I think he really really loves it here. He’s always at our fb and basketball games cheering on the teams. He’s like the Vols number one fan lol.
I bet that was an awesome moment to take in!
I’m sure there are many more that I will think of after I type this...
First is watching Phil Neikro, pitch his last game for the Braves, in Fulton county stadium, with my papaw! That is definitely a memory I will always keep with me.
Second is Kirk Gibson’s World Series HR. Not really a Dodgers guy and always LOVED football as a kid, but that was the first time baseball ever gave me chill bumps and made me realize just how special baseball is!
Third has to be Sid Bream giving everything he had, motoring toward home plate!
