You could argue that Grant is one of the reasons why those kids even chose to come to Tennessee. He helped Rick Barnes build this thing into a national powerhouse. Without him being SEC POY and having us relevant every single season then who is to say we get all of those guys?

There were times in the 2nd half where Auburn tried to triple team Dalton Knecht. I remember Chris Lofton being face guarded by 2 players several times to prevent him from getting the ball whenever he got hot but the only other player in college I remember off the top of my head that got triple teamed on the wing like that was Steph Curry. Whenever teams are treating you like Steph that’s when you know you can’t be stopped.

Wasn't Grant only ranked as a 2 star athlete out of HS?
