I think some of them took the goalpost back to their dorm rooms after breaking them apart & given away if I remember right. Of course, my memory isn't the greatest though.

Wasn’t there in ‘82. Was part of the tearing down of the goal posts in ‘85 after the Auburn game. We took a section into the OCI and got free drinks.
