Idk, I think he is a good player, maybe just not an NFL QB. I thought it was an ok pick, never thought he’d be the next great, but thought he might be able to help the Falcons win some games.
I really liked his competitiveness in college.

I don't know, for a 3rd rounder may have been worth a shot under the circumstances, but maybe I just tend to justify decisions by my teams

I understand taking a flyer on a skill position player in the 3rd round but if I’m taking a QB then I need to be sold on him. Otherwise, you are getting drafted no earlier than 5th round. 1st-3rd rounders are too valuable of picks and can be traded for defensive stars. I would rather trade that pick for a stud than to take a flyer on a QB, especially whenever that’s a position where only one player gets to see the field at a time.

He did some questionable things but he always had my respect and any player who made it playing for him gets that same respect.
