Day 2 post water pipe bursting. We have a flood cut through one bedroom, home office wall, secondary room, and hallway. Drainage holes along the way (including the cabinets) and pending. Sigh. At least the mitigation is progressing. What a week.

Apparently could have been a lot worse. Our deductible is 1% of the house. Had a friend who had a pipe burst in the last winter freeze and theirs was 6% ($30,000). EEEEk. Just ready to get it behind and start the rebuild.
