I know nothing medical about what they speak.
It’s a group of muscles that cross the front of your hip and some originate in your lower back. They are responsible for pulling your leg forward/up and core stability. Hip flexor injuries are not good for basketball players because you have to squat on defense and you lose your explosion on layups/dunks and sprinting forward. Hopefully it’s nothing serious for him but definitely not something you would enjoy playing with because you would be in constant pain on the court with all the quick changes of movement.

If I were not directed to “enjoy seeds”, I’m not sure I would have?
They don’t explicitly tell us how to eat the seeds. Do we chew them up or do we swallow them whole like a pelican? Do we even eat them with our mouth or do we shove them into our ear? Oh no, I don’t know what to do. I’ve forgotten how to eat 😱
