Exactly right. Yes, I wanted Tennessee to win. I’m sure he practiced more than we’ll ever know, but it doesn’t always work out.That guy is a shock jock who gets his thrills publicly demeaning a young athlete who literally gives his all every play. Yes, he missed, but Awaka was 1-6 last night. A guy banks in an early 3 for Mizzou. Guys who happen to be the visual at the end don’t lose games themselves. Most of that happens well before the final few seconds.
Can we sticky this and make it the first post in the dugout, please.Exactly right. Yes, I wanted Tennessee to win. I’m sure he practiced more than we’ll ever know, but it doesn’t always work out.
This is my overall philosophy:
1. It’s a game.
2. They’re college students.
3. No one has asked me to coach at this level.
4. I’m in the stands or watching at home hoping for the best, knowing there’s no way as a player I could even come close to making that basket, making that throw, making that hit, etc.
5. I’m watching for fun, and time with family and friends.
@mad4vols heres one for you.
I thought you’d like this, especially the catchy headline.
Leicester come from behind to thrash sorry Spurs
Aw shucks, @cobbwebb0710Can we sticky this and make it the first post in the dugout, please.
I think we all could use this reminder from time to time.
Speaking of the World Baseball Classic, I found out late last night former Owl Emilio Pagán was named to the Puerto Rican roster. He pitches for the Twins. He also played in the WBC in 2017 for Puerto Rico. Hopefully our UT student social media intern will put that out soon; it’s good news for the town of Forest City.
