@VolPack22 this doesn’t surprise me one bit. Pretty much telling us of the impending doom of Bally/Sinclair. Sounds like MLB pretty sure it’s happening. The interesting thing is will it lead to increased access to MLB games overall, or less access?
Who are you guys gonna be cheering for on Sunday?I’ve settled in on the EaglesWho hasn’t answered yet, anybody want to change their answer?
Also, what are your plans for Super Bowl Sunday?

With the caveat I haven’t read much about this, MLB doesn’t want teams to lose exposure and the income if the broadcasts are dropped. If the regional broadcasters go in bankruptcy, the deals with the teams may get renegotiated or another broadcaster might take them over.@VolPack22 this doesn’t surprise me one bit. There was a local broadcast fiasco here in Houston as Drayton McClane sold to Jim Crane. Life was miserable then for the Astros fans. We had no local broadcasts for at least a year. I would guess that some of those suits are still pending. With the caveat I haven’t read much about this, MLB doesn’t want teams to lose exposure and the income if the broadcasts are dropped.
