A couple of weekends ago, my daughter(turned 14 on Christmas Day) had 2 friends over. They were meeting up with a couple more friends for a sleepover and I’m standing in her doorway as she’s telling me the plan that we needed to leave in 30 minutes, to which I replied “aight we Gucci”
The silence was really awkward. One friend was looking at me like she felt sorry for me, the other like she was embarrassed for me and my daughter had the worst look of disgust on her face! She looked at me And said “dad, please don’t ever say that again!”
I said “I feel ya” and walked out.
😂

Haha! It was a good try, but gotta be extra careful around the friends. Plus my research suggests that combining aight and we gucci may be a little redundant. I might've gone with sure sure in an attempt to play it cool, but who knows.

Now that you mention it, I was like 12-1 and then VP enters the picture and I’ve gone 1-4 since.
