I totally understand, I was the king of separation last year in @OldTimer ’s baseball contest, just as I was about to make my move, he decided you had to be in the top 20 or something or you got cut. 🙄

They can play in the bowl game even if they are declaring for the NFL. Darnell Wright and Byron Young are playing despite that they are leaving. However, most players who are declaring opt not to play to start preparing for the draft and not risk injury. Lots of debates about this, but is what it is.

Do players from the 4 teams that participate in the playoffs also opt out?

They could but I can’t recall any having done that. I believe they view the chance for a natty as being a different story. I think when they expand the playoff there will be less opt outs with more teams in it.

Don’t know if these are my favorites, but when I think of Christmas music these come to mind:

Mele Kalikimaka (Bing Crosby) (spent one Christmas in Hawaii a few years ago)
Blue Christmas (Elvis)
The Christmas song from Peanuts/Snoopy
also, just this year I remembered Christmas in Hollis by Run DMC

Those first two are great, forgot about the Hawaiian one, now it’s gonna be stuck in my head all day. Just played the Run DMC one 🤣😂🤣
In the NFL game they just played Blue Christmas going into commercial.
