Yeah, but the super bowl against the 9ers in the 80s, which was close and they could've won if not for the drive, puts them ahead of the lions.
I am including their entire history and the Lions do have 4 championships pre-merger. It’s just been a rough go since 1957 😂

No, Wrong! Lions have never lost a Super Bowl.

Here are sad histories in other sports:

6 MLB teams have never won a World Series and their appearances
  • Brewers: Once, 1982.
  • Mariners: Never.
  • Padres: Twice, 1984 and 1998.
  • Rangers: Twice, 2010 and 2011.
  • Rays: Twice, 2008 and 2020.
  • Rockies: Once, 2007.
This one's pretty amazing and speaks to the dominance of a small number of teams (i.e, celtics, lakers, bulls, spurs, pistons):

There are 11 active NBA teams that have not won a Championship, this equates to 36% of League. The teams that have not won a NBA Championship are; the Pacers, Hornets, Nets, Grizzlies, Jazz, Suns, Pelicans, Clippers, Nuggets Magic and the Timberwolves.

The Bengals have lost 3 Super Bowls by an average of 4 points. Talk about heartbreaking. 5 points in the 1st, 4 in the 2nd, 3 in the 3rd. Maybe they will only lose by 2 points in the next one 🤣

3 worst NFL franchises based on playoff winning percentage:

Bengals
Lions
Browns

I have a feeling Joe Burrow is going to make the Bengals skyrocket up the list before his career is over.

With all the trades and players leaving for other teams in the MLB for more money or better chances to win the WS, I wonder, who are some players that were incredible but turned into a big bust once they started for their new team?

Wonder if @cardvolfan knows about these stl relievers you speak of?

I think Willis spot started against the Texans a few weeks ago and Henry had 200+ yards. I’m not worried about that game. I’m worried about the Cowboys and Jaguars. I don’t think the Titans will win either of those games.

Well you may be proven right because the Cowboys and Jaguars both have offense arsenals for throwing which the Titans have as a main weakness since they don’t have the needed players to consistently rush the QB.

Boston College beat a ranked Va Tech team in hoops yesterday, how is that even possible?

Because it’s a conference game mostly, and because college basketball inferior teams defeating good teams or great teams is common so persons have a factual reason to bet the underdog that has a realistic chance of winning instead of just a pipe dream.

One problem with academics is that you often have to absolutely bust your butt for stuff that you know has a 99.9999% chance of being futile. I’m sure that happens in other fields, but it can be demoralizing.
I can attest to this 100% with the program I went through. State board exams are ridiculous.
