Yeah, having lived in Mass, Tex, Cali, and now Tenn, I’ve learned the joys of silence as well, although I’m pretty much a centrist anyways. I have many family members (on both sides) who are very vocal about politics though.

Well, you guys are safe with me, I think both sides of the aisle are scum.

I try to stay away from politics. I am a sports fan and that’s the road I stay on for the most part. I’ll talk about food, entertainment, animals, anything pertaining to what I do for my career, science, math, etc. Pretty much anything other than politics haha. I have friends and family members come up to me and ask me my opinion on various political stuff and I am quick to either walk away from the subject or change it entirely. I’ll tell them “I’m not falling into that trap.”

We do live in the Bible Belt so I have a hunch what most people’s beliefs probably are. Some view it as a touchy subject though so I usually stay away from that. I would never judge someone based on their beliefs but there are plenty out there that will.

I enjoy this is a Christmas Romance movie that has realistic progression for the romance, and no use of nonsensical romance movie tropes including 2 characters get together that have nothing in common, love at first sight which isn’t real , etc..
