Has there ever been a quicker fall from grace for an MVP? The guy went from winning ROY and MVP within a 3 year period to becoming a worse player than Marcell Ozuna.

My daughter was working for the Dodgers at their AAA afiliate in Oklahoma City when he was called up. He was asleep when the call came and didn't answer his phone so they called his roommate to wake him up. How much would it suck to get a call from the big club in the middle of the night only to find out it was your roommate they wanted and not you.

It would either motivate me to get better or question my life choices that led me to that moment . Not really, I would’ve killed to have gotten an opportunity to play professionally, even if I never made it to the majors.
