29 turnovers is astounding. Pat Summitt was probably angry today. The inordinate number of turnovers has been a theme the last 4 years for the LV team. Not sure why they can’t get that cleaned up, although I remember Harper making a comment last year saying she doesn’t worry about them except for the ones that lead directly to an opponent score. Maybe I misremembered that, but I don’t think so. Barnes treats any turnover with utter disdain because it’s one less possession.

Ok guys, I have a confession.
I’ve been spending some time in the recruiting forum, over the last 2 days.
In a certain thread, a certain recruits mom has got into a pi$$ing contest with a few posters.
It’s like a train wreck and I can’t look away.
I had to get that off my chest because I felt kinda dirty, almost like I was cheating on you guys.

The summary is that the mom showed up and chatted with posters, shortly after which someone posted that the kid was not going to play in a playoff game, but not due to an injury…. This led to some contentious back and forth based on hearsay, with many posters backing the mom while a few raised concerns of wrongdoing of some sort. Only on VN…

Probably a good thing. What amazed me was the fact that a few posters were getting nasty back to the supposed mom. Is this how far we’ve come in such a short time? 2 years ago we would’ve been kissing major booty for a 4 star, in state player, now that we are “back”, we just tell mom exactly what we think, regardless if it hurts us in the recruitment of the kid!😂
