I want my 2 hours of life back. All that for a 1-0 win. All kidding aside ... USA should have won 7-0 as many times as they lived back there all day in Iran's goal area.

Dude named Pulisic scored the only point for team USA when he ran into Iran's goal keeper while kicking the ball to score. He was hurt on that play & was on the ground hurting awhile. He came back into the game a few minutes later as he was trying to catch his breath.

I love how Ohio St loses worse to Michigan than we lost to Georgia and their game was at home, yet they drop Tennessee 4 spots compared to Ohio St dropping 3 spots. Clemson loses to South Carolina and only drops 1 spot. There is absolutely no consistency with this committee and they don’t even follow their own criteria when placing teams. They are looking at the names of the schools instead of the actual results and it’s very disappointing.

It really looks like they sorted in order of increasing number of losses, and then within teams with the same number of losses, they ranked based on number of bandwagon fans.

I think the Netherlands are a tough opponent, one of the top teams in the world. For me personally just getting to the knockout round has meant a successful World Cup, anything positive like a win will be icing on the cake. USA ️
