We all knew this was going to be a young team with some growing pains.
We’ll get the fireworks, maybe just not as soon as some envisioned.

I’m really glad we got this Kent State series early in the season.
I would not want to be trying to clean up some of these things during SEC play.

I have to think we can touch up this Kent BP for some runs.
Ford is such a good hitter!
Brown needs to stop pressing, just hit the damn ball and the numbers will come.
I just feel like he’s pressing hard at the plate.
That AB by Ford was textbook, just reach out and pop one over the defense.

We need to learn that any base hit is a positive thing, and quit swinging for the fence every AB.
Especially, Antigua.

I think you are spot on.
This team is getting on base but then they start pressing and trying to clear them with one swing and end up stranding a ton of runners.
