I figured they only cared about hockey at this point. They know they are never going to compete in this current state of football/basketball. Might as well support the sports you are currently good at and wait for collective bargaining. You could take that $22M revenue sharing and split it amongst the hockey team and assemble the best team every single year.

I figured they only cared about hockey at this point. They know they are never going to compete in this current state of football/basketball. Might as well support the sports you are currently good at and wait for collective bargaining. Yeah, it’s just sad because they’ve had some great moments in basketball and football over the years, but dumping their $ into hockey would be a strategy
