I don’t think they respect themselves. The team she coached last year was competitive in every game except the one at Kentucky. Half of their losses were by 1 possession and they beat UConn for the first time since Pat retired. I don’t think Kim forgot how to coach after 1 season. She has a bunch of selfish players that only care about their money and themselves.

I admittedly haven’t watched them much this season, but the things I have seen draw concern. Being late to warmups, arguing in huddle, low basketball iq, etc. Those things point to coaching imo. I don’t think she forgot how to coach, but this group doesn’t respect her and idk why, but ultimately it’s her job to figure it out, and having your worst losses back to back in year 2 is no bueno.

It all comes down to one word for these college players nowadays: money. We aren’t the only program with this issue. The best teams are player-led and if you have a bunch of selfish individuals then it won’t work.
