Also, a guy named Billy High is in charge of roster management (recruiting coordinator), so he is the one that handles a lot of the legwork. His brother came along with Heupel from UCF and Heupel proceeded to hire Billy in 2022 through that connection. But I guess Heupel doesn’t get any credit for having connections.

If we didn’t have Josh Heupel we would still be wandering in the wilderness. It’s not our fault Penn State made a knee jerk reaction and fired their head coach mid season. People want to bitch and complain but whenever Heupel makes a great defensive hire they still want to hate on him. Once again, our fanbase is filled with spoiled piss ants that are living in the 90s thinking we are owed everything. I genuinely despise our “fanbase” at times.
 
The entire football forum bitches about him. The insurance gecko doesn’t like him either.
I think he's a good guy and OC, but not wild about him as a head coach. Having said that, I cannot deny that he's showing leadership and urgency with the changes and work since seasons end. There's some hope creeping into my piss ant world. Feels kinda strange actually.
