Barry Bonds essentially started the pussification of today’s wannabe Billy badasses. Started walking up there with body armor like he was suiting up for the SWAT team. The only things I’m good with are helmets and batting gloves. Helmets to prevent imminent death from a fastball to the noggin and batting gloves to hold onto the bat so you don’t sling it towards an innocent bystander. Everything else should be banned. Even those damn oven mitts running the bases. None of us broke our fingers. If you break something running the bases then you’re a dumbass and shouldn’t be playing until you are taught to do correctly in the first place.

Would you watch a NFL playoff for the non-playoff teams? Like instead of the worst record automatically getting awarded the top pick, the 18 teams that don’t make the real playoff would have to play and win for better draft position.

I could see a team debating on trying to get the final WC spot or instead going for the #1 draft pick depending if there is generational qb available.
