@MAD what is favorite Winter Olympics Sport to watch? You know the Winter Olympics are next year..plus the World Cup draw is in December.
I’m not as much of a Winter Olympics fan as I used to be. But I can get caught up in figure skating, men’s and women’s hockey(Especially USA vs Canada), bobsleigh and luge, sometimes curling. What about you?

It will be interesting when the US gets in the WC Draw.

I like to watch the Curling and Slalom skiing. The Luge is pretty interesting also.

I bet USA gets the toughest draw 🫠

Don't think the permanent 3 has to be long time rivals. Alabama,Florida and Vanderbilt is just fine for Tennessee. I'm sure some of you would prefer MSU, Missouri and Kentucky .🤣🤣
I’m cool with Alabama, Florida, and Vanderbilt. Personally I prefer to swap Vanderbilt for Georgia but that’s just me. Most of each team’s 3 top rivalries are easy to peg so it sets itself mostly. The Florida and Oklahoma one is the odd ball I just don’t see happening. No way you can make those two teams permanent rivals whenever they have never even played at each other’s stadium. Makes zero sense.

I say allow every team to select their “non negotiable” rivalry game and then the other two annual rivalries for each team will be based on the amount of times each team has played historically, starting with the most played rivalries.

I’m not 100% sure how every fanbase feels and I could be wrong but I think this would be pretty close to each program’s “non negotiable” game. Some fanbases may pick each other as their top rival 🤷‍♂️:

Alabama: Auburn
Arkansas: Texas
Auburn: Alabama
Florida: Georgia
Georgia: Florida
Kentucky: Tennessee
LSU: Alabama
Mississippi State: Ole Miss
Missouri: Oklahoma
Ole Miss: Mississippi State
Oklahoma: Texas
South Carolina: Georgia
Tennessee: Alabama
Texas: Oklahoma
Texas A&M: Texas
Vanderbilt: Tennessee

So that means these team’s schedules are already set based on the above information and then you can sort the rest of the games out by most games played:

Alabama: Auburn, LSU, Tennessee
Tennessee: Alabama, Kentucky, Vanderbilt
Texas: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas A&M

I don’t think it will be that cut and dry. Give Tennessee two gimmies per year? I don’t think so.

Doesn’t matter, that’s who those other programs would pick as their game they don’t want to lose. Last I checked there are 16 teams in the conference. Does the NFC East bitch and moan about the quality of the AFC South? No, they want those rivalries in the NFC East for a reason. Jerry Jones has as much pull as anyone in NFL history. If he wanted to be in a different division it would have already happened. Sankey isn’t going to risk a mutiny by not granting everyone their top pick of a singular game. It’s not our fault we are rivals with so many teams. If you ask the Tennessee fanbase I’m sure most of us don’t want to lose Georgia and Florida but it’s just the natural of the beast.
