The game of basketball has so many 10-2 and 14-4 and so on runs during the game that the +/- stat is overblown.“History. Especially if the real difference maker, ie someone scoring on six straight possessions playing smothering defense, checks in the same time he does and spends the same 6 minutes on the floor. The game of basketball has so many 10-2 and 14-4 and so on runs during the game that the +/- stat is overblown.
If Micheal Porter Jr. Comes into the game and Nuggets are down by 6 and then checks out 6 minutes later Nuggets up 6 that give Porter Rating of +12 . Porter didn't do it himself .
And people ask me why I have never flown on a plane. Seeing that crash is sad. Nothing those people could do. “Flying is so much safer than driving.” Yeah but what happens whenever you actually do have an accident? And that happened in probably the most, or one of the most, air traffic controlled places in the world. If it can happen there it can happen anywhere. Prayers for all their friends and family![]()
