Man, that Tua injury is bumming me out, looked bad. I'll never understand the people who complain about personal foul penalties removing big hits from the game. Why would we enjoy football for watching these guys get obliterated by ridiculous hits? I enjoy it since it's such an exciting sport to watch, but I'd love it if the game could be made safer.

Could all be avoided if he doesn’t hold the ball as long as he does. That’s why he is always injured. Happened while he was at Alabama too. He is partly to blame for getting injured.

Yeah, and you can tell from actions after hits that he has the warrior mentality, always saying he’s fine, even if he stumbles to the ground afterwards (as happened on Sunday). Players can make their own decisions, but it still bums me out.

I feel the same way. He’s a great person but his team and the NFL let him down. The decision to play should have been taken out of his hands. Just heartbreaking to watch.

For those of you who want to see some international baseball, tonight you can stream World Baseball Classic qualifying games from Panama. An Owl from this summer is playing for Pakistan. They play against Argentina tonight. Alex Khan is his name, and he’s a middle infielder at WVU. Alex is from Maryland, but I think his dad is from Pakistan.

I don’t know their level of play, but it looks like they have energy and are trying hard. They want to place a guy on the Owls next summer.

Mets 1-0. Riley w/a solo shot to center. :p Chip says we're all tied up at 1.

Olson w/a solo shot = 2-1 Braves. Back-to-back homers in the B 2nd.

Aaron Judge's 61st tying HR ball was hit into the bull pen. Nobody got to cash the ball in.
