I turned to MLB channel 3o minutes ago only to find that the Houston-NY game had been rained out, and I was surprised that the network hadn't arranged for a backup Grapefruit League game,

Earlier in the day I was at OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports, which is a only a short walk from the Hoover Met. Xr-ays showed that the implants were in place, with Vandy surgeon saying that were fewer restriction on my activities. He said "no playing golf and no going shopping or lifting anything that weighs more than 15 lbs. Best news is that I will likely not need a implant higher on my spine and that I could resume light exercise and do some yardwork and some housework over the next four weeks.

By that time the rib that I broke playing soccer with my trash-talkin grandkids on Valentine's hour should be healed/

In other words, I won't be chasing breaking stuff

@VolPack22 @W.TN.Orange Blood im reading some really good things about Chris Sale and the spring that he’s having. He’s looking dominant and that sweeper is back to being filthy!
Also reading good things about Smith-Shawver and Waldrep!
With a little luck and good health on our side, this could be a sneaky good rotation this year!
