Apparently the NCAA is coming and bringing with them, possible bowl bans, reductions in scholarships and recruiting visits, vacated wins and monetary fines, according to the guys on Fox Sports Knoxville.
It sounds like the UT and the AA will still get together on these sanctions, but...
