Agreed. He will try even harder now to hit the 2 or 3 run bomb instead of being the singles and doubles hitter that he is.. that homer just gave him false hope ..

That is one of those “remains to be seen” issues. I’m all for solid contact somewhere beyond the infield. Certainly wasn’t a piss missle, though.
