We had a child born earlier that day. I had the game on in the hospital that night. The game was delayed until Monday because of a hurricane hitting Louisiana.
I remember watching this on a school night and going to bed at halftime thinking we were going to get blown out. Then waking up and first thing I see is Sportscenter rolling highlights. I was extremely happy going to school that day talking to all my friends about it. Unfortunately that was a heartbreaker of a season. Went into it preseason ranked 3rd thinking we were back in the national championship conversation and ended without even being bowl eligible. That game was easily the lone bright spot of an otherwise forgettable season.

Houston allowed the Angels to comeback and win last night so the Tigers magic number to clinch a wildcard berth is reduced to 1. However, if they want to win the AL Central they will have to finish 1 game ahead of Cleveland. Problem is they are tied and only 2 games remain.
