Ok. I submit the argument to the enlightened minds here in the dugout. (I guess @MAD can join in as well.) TN Football starts the year #24. Ok, maybe a little low, but winning takes care of things. FSU starts unranked. Granted, they do beat the highly ranked piles of elephant feces, but I digress, to open the season. Should FSU have made the jump all the way to #14 while TN only moved up to #22. I, of course, say that it was too big of a jump for FSU (not taking away from their win). What says the board here?

We’ve been on par with that program the past three years and two of them included the coach with the most dominant run in modern football. They may have more stars on their team but we have a better coaching staff
