*obviously depends on the company, but any job worth half a damn absolutely does. Cookler confirmed that 72% of the largest 500 public U.S. companies provide some amount of paid parental leave.**

The places I’ve worked only do it that way I laid out and @W.TN.Orange Blood had to use his PTO also. So I guess we’re just in the minority lol. Highly doubtful of that 72% number. I guess companies would never forge numbers to make their business look better though…

Using that analogy, Barnes is a bum. I ain’t buying it.
Bruce Bochy had managed 15 seasons having achieved a NL pennant only once. 30 years. It took him a minute and there was plenty of wilderness wandering between the three WSC in San Fran and the one in Dallas.

Your call to make though. Hard to argue that he is not a great manager. He certainly is. I just question if the grass is any sabrosa mas.

Any job I’ve applied to in the last 5 years* has absolutely had it. Not that I care, nor need it at this stage in my life.

To be fair, it was only a couple of years Later after my twins were born, I had a co-worker to have a baby & they allowed him 2 weeks off ... paid. So I got screwed w/my timing..:(

Financial numbers? Absolutely.

Employee benefits? That's a lot harder to do.
