Depends on how much you eat. Usually a serving is 2 tablespoons and has about 20% of the recommended daily value of fat but it also has 8g of protein so I love to either eat a couple of bites or mix it into a protein smoothie sometimes. It also helps if you buy the brand that contains 100% peanuts and not the other stuff added in. Always look at the ingredients. If it has added salt and sugar then it’s not good for you. One of these is a healthier option and the other is a widely known brand with all the additives.PB makes you fat. Is that true?
