The read after talking to sources, however, is that he's unlikely to find a situation that gets him to that number.

What would be hilarious to see is if all of college football banded together and didn’t offer Nico a scholarship and he was left without a home this upcoming season. There is no such thing as collusion in college football in this situation so Nico and his team have no leg to stand on. You cannot force a school to offer a kid a scholarship or a walk-on spot on their football team. This is an opportunity for football coaches to take a stand and I genuinely hope they do it.
