I’m leaning more toward @knoxvol52 being a Bruce Benedict guy...He put it right next to his Chipper Jones signed baseball.
Heckuva catcher. Didn't have the physical makeup for it but just always battled. I'll never forget the game vs. the Dodgers on the west coast where he got tagged by a ball on the thigh and the ump said it didn't hit him. Critical call in the late innings that could have flipped the game. He dropped his pants right on live tv to show the ump the red mark. LOL
Kinda spooky. We’ve had Alvarez out there in recent years so it may work out. Those Crawford Boxes create a short outfield which should help him. I would equate it to Mookie’s move to the outfield years ago.@chuckiepoo what do you think about Altuve being in LF this year?
God you just set me up for a smart @$$ response to this, but chuckiepoo is my guy and I can’t go there.@chuckiepoo what do you think about Altuve being in LF this year?
Gonna be harder for him to hear the banging all the way out there...@chuckiepoo what do you think about Altuve being in LF this year?
Get to see the yoots! No changes to weekend rotation.@taylorvol
Thoughts on how pitching is going to be used this week with a game today, tomorrow and a 3 game set starting Friday.
I’m just guessing but I believe we see AJ Russell opening today for one inning. Not sure about tomorrow but obviously lots of folks to empty the bullpen and see some arms. I’m hopeful to see Behnke get an inning depending if his arm soreness is better.@taylorvol

I would expect Dylan Loy to get a lot of innings either today or tomorrow. He only pitched 1.1 innings combined Friday and Sunday.@taylorvol

He still has the buzzer available.Gonna be harder for him to hear the banging all the way out there...View attachment 725698
Lunardi stated last night that Oklahoma needs to win 3 more games. Good luck.Bubble Watch, according to that talking head at ESPN. That Oklahoma vs Texas game to end the season could be a de facto play-in game.

To be fair, the SEC as a whole has never been this good. That 4-12 any other year could just as easily be somewhere between 6-10 to 8-8. I agree though, there should be a rule of finishing at least .500 in your conference to be NCAAT eligible.I don't believe that Oklahoma, Texas or Arkansas deserves a bid. Georgia actually has earned it these three are just bad teams overall.
Oklahoma 4-12 in conference![]()
The Heather Dinich of College Basketball. Lunardi may not get seeding correct but close every year on what teams make it. Plus Oklahoma is 3-7 in last 10 games, got toasted in 4 of them and lost at HOME to that bottom feeder LSU. Yea you're right they are definitely a NCAA tournament team. Don't care what conference it is, you can't lose to the 2nd worst team in league at home and be taken seriously. Just like Arkansas got smoked by South Carolina another bottom feeder.I love how he says that like he knows most of the other teams aren’t capable of losing their last 2 or 3 games and dropping out.
