Nope. Dude isn't safe as called the way I see it. Slow the tape down you can see he's out.
I also think the catcher's knee is in the way where the player can't touch home plate.

If I were an umpire I would just call everyone out until extra innings and then change to calling everyone safe until the final score is 20-19 after 25 innings. I would also end the game on a bases loaded balk. Just to piss everyone off
