OldTimer’s Dugout - General Topics, Chat, Random Photos and Memes.......No Politics

The funny thing is that thread predictably devolved into yet another “battle of the UTs” thread (but with only one side participating in the battle), and now has 5 pages worth of responses
Pretty funny that Texas will be in the Alamo Bowl and Tennessee won’t be able to save them 😎

If the Dolphins pull this game out, it would be one of the craziest statistical anomalies I have seen. Chargers have 200 more yards and own this game in nearly every single category. Dolphins are getting a couple explosive plays from Cheetah and the Chargers are having to settle for field goals.

Having watched enough chargers, you can trust that the game will be close and then the chargers will either do something great, or more likely incredibly boneheaded.

The almost boneheaded play comes from none other than former Vol Josh Palmer, muffing the onside kick, but the chargers avoid disaster

@cobbwebb0710 is Tua really 3/17 for 25 yards right now???

Edit: 4/18 for 85 yards and a TD now to Cheetah…
I said this 3 game(San Fran, San Diego, Buffalo) stretch would tell all we need to know about the Dolphins. 0-2 so far, looks like we were pretenders, as usual.
🤷‍♂️😞

There's plenty of those boneheaded players. When Palmer was at UT, he made some fantastic unbelievable catches playing in the WR position. I thought at one time he broke his back on making a catch going up on the sideline. Defender knocked his feet out from underneath him & the way he came down made me think I was glad I never played a WR in the first place..
