Pretty crazy that he won NL MVP last season. He was 10th in WAR in the NL but yet they still have it to him. That’s why that award is such a joke most years. Yeah let’s give it to a guy in which his team finished 2 games over .500. What’s even funnier is that Juan Soto finished 2nd in voting and his team finished 32 games under .500 and 23.5GB of the Braves. Even more funny is that Fernando Tatis finished 3rd in voting and his team finished 4 games under .500 and 28GB of their division. Compete joke.

I just watch the video – the guy who hit the walk off that sent the Mariners to the playoffs is coach Todd Raleigh‘s son.
