That video was extra special because we were visiting StL that summer and a friend of my dad took me to a pair of Cardinal games including one in which Bib Gibson beat the Reds.

BTW the All-Star gane was played abour two weeks before I got my driver's license

I would be interested to see what the Braves would have even offered lol. It will be fascinating to see how this all goes down though. Giants currently have 3B Matt Chapman (5x Gold Glove, 2x Platinum Glove) on the IL so he will definitely be the starter whenever he comes back. I wonder if the Giants asked Devers beforehand if he would play third until Chapman returns and then either switch back to DH or play 1B?

I believe he will DH just like he was in Boston. Chapman just signed a 6 year contract extension prior to season.
