I’m not saying he gambled. I’m saying the story about him paying the interpreter’s debt off has to be 100% true. Literally makes no sense for the interpreter to lie about that. Why would someone openly admit to gambling with an illegal bookie and then make something up like Ohtani paying off his debt? That makes zero sense. And you can’t tell me you would lose $4.5M from your bank account and never notice. That’s a bunch of BS. They are making this interpreter the fall guy to cover up Ohtani paying off the debt, which was illegal on Ohtani’s part. Plus, Ohtani’s name is all over the wire transfers. I don’t care what language you speak, you know where your money is going. Plain and simple.
