I’m done with basketball after last night. I realize it’s just a game and maybe SC is better than advertised, but you can’t be a top 5 team and lose at home to an unranked team. Especially if Knecht is the only player carrying the team. They won’t get far in March that way so I’m going to save myself the frustration and disappointment.Tough tests for top 5 teams in college hoops this weekend:
Houston at Kansas (Sat, 4pm)
Duke at UNC (Sat, 6:30pm)
Vols at UK (Sat, 8:30pm)
Purdue at Wisconsin (Sun, 1pm)
I totally understand your sentiment on the situation. There's no I in "team".I’m done with basketball after last night. Win the games you're suppose to win , especially at home..I totally understand your sentiment on the situation.
But teams in basketball; football; baseball will hardly win every game
on their schedule. Sure it's disappointing for fans but that's why they play
the game. A lot here are always declaring victory B4 the games are played.

I hear you, but basketball is prone to extreme highs and lows due to inconsistency. For example, #3 UNC losing to a 9-11 Georgia Tech team last night (albeit on the road). We lost to a 16-3 team that should be ranked and we are still winners of 11 out of the last 13.
However, I do agree with you that March is (always) a crap shoot. I see a lot of talk about it being obvious this is the year for us. We are a very dangerous team with the potential to go far, but that doesn't guarantee anything due to the nature of the 1-and-done tournament.
Plus, all the hype that the announcers on game day TV tell the audience thatI hear you, but basketball is prone to extreme highs and lows due to inconsistency. Pssh, I read what individuals say on this site, announcers are paid to hype teams brings in audiences and ratings.Plus, all the hype that the announcers on game day TV tell the audience that
the TN Vols are a team on paper good enough to play for a NC this year.
We, the fans, start to believe it true when they keep saying such stuff.
