Sumbitches .... they pull this crap every year when football season comes around.
And then wait until the last second for everybody to agree on what was best to screw over their subscribers.
You know what pisses me off got my bill online and it was 10 more dollars than last month....well I called today and actually stayed on the phone long enough to bitch about losing channels and then I said you guys should have enough money to make contract you raised everyone's bill this month...like they give a rats hairy ass what I say anyway

Braves lead the NL in team ERA and bullpen ERA. Charlie Morton, Spencer Strider, and Bryce Elder all are in the top 9 in the NL in ERA. Max Fried recently came off the IL and is sporting a 2.85 ERA in 10 starts this season. Kyle Wright is also working his way back and should be able to make a couple starts in the last couple weeks of the season before the playoffs. Pitching sorely gets overlooked on this team due to the historic numbers by the offense. This team reminds me so much of the 2022 BaseVols. Dominant hitting and pitching. Whenever you have four starting pitchers with a sub-3.50 ERA and possibly seven hitters with 25+ home runs it’s a recipe for success. We all know the best team rarely wins it all though so it wouldn’t shock me if the Braves lose in the NLDS or NLCS. This is quite possibly the best Braves team in my lifetime and I grew up with some great ones in the 90s.
I’m pretty sure it’s the best in my lifetime and probably one of the best MLB teams period.
I don’t care if they win the WS or not, I know for a fact that they are the best team in baseball and that gives me a peace of mind. Championships are nice but I’ve grown to appreciate the game more than championships. It’s the same way I view the ‘22 baseVols.
This team is really good, really fun to watch and no WS win or loss will change that for me.
Just an old man’s opinion on the game he loves.

Luis Arraez’s batting average has dipped all the way to .349. He is only hitting .229 in the month of August. Freddie Freeman is sitting at .338 and Ronald Acuña Jr not far behind at .334. If Arraez has another horrible month of hitting then Freeman or Acuña might have a shot at the batting title. Acuña and Freeman are tied for the MLB lead in hits with 178 apiece but Acuña has 7 more AB so his average is just a little lower.

In reality the best team doesn't win the Championship as much as they should....speaking from experience the Dodgers probably should have won at least 4 of last 7 going by regular season results....

Dodgers won 111 games last season but lost to an 89-win Padres team. MLB should do something like NHL does with the President’s Cup. Give the team with the best record some recognition. Everybody plays everybody now so they can have head-to-head tiebreakers in place in the event of a tie.

Being a Dodgers fan, does it matter to you that they didn’t win it all?
The young me would get extremely upset if my teams were good but failed to win it all.
Now I just enjoy the game but still take pride if my team excels, I just don’t let it ruin my day if they don’t.😎

I'm sitting w/you on this conclusion. I've learned to let it go & live to fight another day.

It don't bother now as much just as long as their competitive...I'm like that in every sports , there is other things to lose my mind over besides a sporting championship....but there are a tremendous amount of Harvey UpDykes in the world 😏😏🤨

When I was younger, if Tennessee lost a football game, it would ruin my whole week!😁
