Freddie will be on the Canadian team. For those wondering why, both of his parents were Canadian but gave birth to Freddie in California and he has dual citizenship. His mother died whenever he was 10 due to skin cancer and it means a lot to him personally to honor her in that way. So hopefully Americans don’t feel some type of way about him playing for them without knowing the backstory.

I do not think anyone will beat the Bruins this year. Not saying it can not happen but they are absolutely stacked top to bottom.

I do think the Stars or Avalanche have a realistic chance of defeating them because history has proven the Bruins couldn’t defeat a playing great Blues team that outplayed them in a thrilling Stanley Cup Final series.

Also the Sabres or some other underdog prevailing vs the Bruins wouldn’t be unexpected.

While the Bruins most likely will win the Stanley Cup This year, I won’t be stunned if some tough as nails underdog shows that’s why they play the games on the Ice.

Most likely the Bruins will exceed 62 wins before March 30th which is MLB Opening Day.
Now even if they don’t before March 30th most likely the best Bruins team is going to exceed 62 wins because they look like a team destined to exceed the high bar feat of winning more than 62 regular season games much like my 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls won an incredible 72 of 82 regular season games.
That happened in the Payton-Kemp era which were a dynamite duo for the SuperSonics back when Seattle had an NBA team, and WWE was still the WWF.

Being a Reds fan I still remember the day Junior came home! That went downhill fast sadly. KGJ would have been the best all time easily if not for injuries, still prettiest swing EVER!
Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Babe Ruth, and Ken Griffey Jr.

That’s my Mount Rushmore.

Really it’s your Mount Rushmore, however No Jackie Robinson stuns me because he was responsible as a champion since he’s a black man accomplishing greatness in the MLB teams having mostly white players because black players were discriminated against so the Negros league got created.

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer. Any of these guys could be on the list.
Stan Musial
Ted Williams
Mickey Mantle
Hell, there’s not a player in the history of MLB that played harder than Pete Rose!

Need a Flaming Lips song for @Volprofch05

I would need something more energetic than that. The flaming lips would be for the day after a series sweep when I’m basking in the glory.

For the record, I listen to everything. Used to say that I listened to everything except country, but now I listen to that too. Made a new playlist over the holidays with > 1,000 songs and now I just hit shuffle and enjoy the surprises.

Not to poo poo on Jackie, but I mentioned two players that were discriminated against and played during the same era. Let’s not act like Jackie was the only one taking all that hate. Jackie Robinson was a great player but he never even hit 20 home runs in a season and for all the talk about his speed, he only had one season with more than 30 stolen bases. Yeah I know I am blasphemous lol
