Heard on the way in this morning that Tillman Fertita, owner of the Rockets was considering purchasing the Redsk…errr…WF…Commanders, whew, for $6B+. He’ll get to rename them, I’m sure…

MLBPA head vows to fight against salary cap

Mr. Clark, there will eventually be a salary cap so you need to just go ahead and prepare for it. It makes no sense that the other major sports have one, yet the MLB doesn’t. The playing field will finally be evened out and you will no longer be able to try and buy a championship. I’ve been a supporter of the salary cap for several years and it looks like we may finally be headed that direction.

Looks like the Titans will probably just ride out Ryan Tannehill this season. He will be a free agent in 2024. Expect them to draft a QB in the first couple of rounds. They might also look to trade that #11 pick to get more picks with all these cuts.

My guess is they look for a franchise LT at that #11 spot to replace Lewan. Biggest part of any rebuild is line play. And if they plan on looking for a franchise QB in the next few years, they need to have an OL to keep him alive.
