Sadly, I must report that I came close to clipping Tony V last night after the game. The spouse and I were in the first car sitting on Lake Loudoun Blvd waiting to be waved through towards Neyland Drive. Cop motioned us to go so I took off hoping to reach and get the go ahead to go right on Neyland. We’re rolling pretty good, and the spouse says, “hey, watch out, there’s someone crossing the road. SLOW DOWN.” Of course I did and as I reach him this guy is waving to me as if to say, “thanks for not hitting me”, and I realize it’s a guy with a headband and then realize it’s Tony. Whew, glad I didn’t get him. Y’all would be really mad.
Exiled -------> banned for Life.![]()
No matter what, you are one of us. If we had to take on the whole team at the Waffle House, we got your back.Sadly, I must report that I came close to clipping Tony V last night after the game. I hear you. She stayed on me the whole ride home about THE INCIDENT. Accused me of going too fast on The Pike and Lyons View, then even Westland. I think I really upset her.Sounds like we have the spouse to thank for averting disaster. We’d have to decide between exile, lifetime ban, or feeding to the lions, may depend on how badly our boy CTV was injured.
My best friend is an Eagles fan so I will be pulling for them. I like Mahomes and Burrow so I’ll be cool with either of them making it. I remember someone on this site adamantly telling me that Joe Brady was to credit for the the 2019 LSU team. I told him that Brady wasn’t even the coordinator and Joe Burrow and those receivers were to credit and they were going to win the championship no matter who the coaches were. They could have had Butch Jones and won. I haven’t even heard Joe Brady’s name since he was let go in Carolina. I guess we will see how he does whenever he gets a second chance as OC for the Chargers, Jets, or some other mediocre franchise. Funny how people anoint these up and coming coaches whenever the players are the ones that decide the games the majority of the time. Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson, and Ja’Marr Chase seem to be proving me right…I’m kind of hoping for a Philadelphia/Cincinnati Super Bowl.
I don’t think any Bengals fans want to see the 49ers again or a team from California again.
Plus the Eagles are easier to dislike for some reason.
On the other hand, the SF QB story has been pretty cool.
Who are you guys pulling for today?
Niners and Bengals.I’m kind of hoping for a Philadelphia/Cincinnati Super Bowl.

I’m actually considering installing a secondary braking system on the passenger side of my car just to avoid the anxiety.That's pretty normal. Any time I'm carefully driving through a parking lot and the brake lights come on a parked car, my wife is like LOOK OUT! Like there's a high chance that car's gonna come flying out right as we go by...
