If you're referring to anything of similar notion to that of an "Appomattox" environment, I wont consider unless terms are outlined in detail. A unified Zone is all I ever wanted, but the Pub oppression was more than I could stand. I'll have you know that I never will raise my sword in your direction, but will maintain all honor and dignity against those who attempt to invade my Zone.

The next move is yours. As for your counterparts in arms, I refuse to negotiate with any of them. It shall be you, and you alone, if you wish to proceed.
